I dropped my laptop once, and completely screwed the hard drive. I wept, and I am not exaggerating. It came on just long enough for me to transfer some vital files to a flash drive, and then died. It was a dark day.
I don't know, but that is why I pay the extra $6 a month for insurance. I am on my 3rd PDA phone in 4 years and it has more than paid for itself, even with a $50 deductible! I feel for you!
