Well, since you asked ;) My next two weekends will be very, very busy.
This Saturday, I'm taking my awesome niece to the zoo. It'll be our first outing on our own, just the two of us. It promises to be much fun.
And Sunday? I have an actual...date! Stunning, I know, giving my professed longterm spinsterhood, but there you have it. I meet a guy that I liked and we're going to investigate one of the many many Chinese places in town. And then, who knows?
Next weekend, I'm going to New Orleans with a friend. She got us a really ritzy expensive hotel room and we're gonna go play tourist. See the aquarium, the D Day Museum and wander the French Quarter. A nice minivacation. Which we both need.

eh, I've already done the grad school thing, and am already on anti-deps.
what i'm looking at would be a two-year Master's with an eye toward working in counselling, (and earning a new license) not really academia per se.
we'll see if i get in; only applied to two, am on the waiting list of the first one. shrug.
