Where Is Jada Justice?

Update: Police believe they may have found her body

Update II: mzbitca confirmed for me that her body had been found. Rest in Peace, Jada.

Jada is two years, ten months old and has been missing since June 16 from the Gary, IN, area. Jada is "an African-American child about 2 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 35 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and a light brown complexion."

In the last couple of days, (as noted by some critiques) Jada's case has begun getting more national attention. Her mother was on Nancy Grace's show Tuesday night. And cnn and msnbc sites had articles as of the 23rd, I believe.

Local news outlets have been covering the case.

If you have any information, call 1-800-CALL-FBI

it seems that they think she had died days before being reported missing and the cousin and her boyfriend have been arrested. it's truly sad. People have been so mobilized to help find her.

Jada was from the town in which I live. There are signs up. I have been obsessively reading coverage and praying for her to be found alive, even though I don't even believe in a thing who answers prayers.

I haven't been able to write about this. I'm sobbing just writing this comment. My heart hurts so bad.

(((Liss)))

I meant to ask you, when I saw where she was from, had you been hearing about her!

I'm also from near Liss. It has been all over the papers. It's turning into quite the twisted story. They found her body in the same place one of the accused parents killed his mom and aunt before killing himself.

People had been in and out of my work for the past week asking for us to report anything about Jada. It's truly sad. I know the parents have been incredibly grateful for all of the support and help
