Additionally I wonder if I always want to sleep just because I dread being awake, or more importantly the things that must be done in the waking hours, and more specifically writing. I th...There really are not enough hours in the day. I think I just need more than the standard 8 hours sleep at night. But I'm also going to (finally) bring it up with my doctor and see if there might be health reasons why I feel so tired all the time. I actually found the time audit helpful.
